Production process:
Melting: Heat the raw materials to above 1450°C to achieve a molten state.
Fiberization: Molten material is spun into fibers using a high-speed centrifuge, typically resulting in fibers with diameters ranging from 4 to 7 micrometers.
Forming: Fibers are collected by a cotton picker, then evenly spread using the pendulum method and compacted via a 3D compaction process, resulting in a cotton layer of consistent thickness and density.
Curing and Cutting: Cured at high temperatures to enhance strength, then cut into various product specifications such as boards, tubes, and mats.
