Low thermal conductivity: At an average temperature of 10°C, the thermal conductivity is just 0.028 W/(m·K), significantly lower than that of conventional insulation materials like EPS (0.038 W/(m·K)), effectively minimizing heat transfer.
Excellent thermal insulation performance
Low thermal conductivity: At an average temperature of 10°C, the thermal conductivity is just 0.028 W/(m·K), significantly lower than that of conventional insulation materials like EPS (0.038 W/(m·K)), effectively minimizing heat transfer.
Closed-cell structure: Over 98% closed-cell rate creates a vacuum layer, effectively blocking air convection and ensuring long-lasting, stable insulation performance.
Moisture-proof and water-resistant
Extremely low water absorption: Volume water absorption ≤1.5%, surface water absorption ≤0.2%. Even after prolonged immersion, its thermal insulation performance remains virtually unaffected, making it ideal for use in humid environments such as basements and rooftops.
Resistant to vapor permeation: Features a low water vapor permeability coefficient, preventing internal condensation and extending the building's lifespan.
High strength and durability
High compressive strength: Depending on the thickness, the compressive strength can range from 150 to 700 kPa, allowing it to withstand vehicle loads or even construction foot traffic.
Good dimensional stability: Low linear expansion coefficient, with a linear shrinkage rate of ≤0.3% after 24 hours at high temperature (70°C), making it resistant to deformation and cracking.
Corrosion and Aging Resistance: Chemically stable, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with a service life of up to 30–50 years.
Environmental Protection and Safety
Non-toxic and harmless: The production process does not use chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) or hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), ensuring compliance with environmental protection standards.
Fire Performance: By adding flame retardants, it can achieve either Class B1 (difficult-to-ignite) or Class B2 (combustible) ratings, with no dripping during combustion and low smoke density.
